CLASS TYPES
Find your GLOW! 45 mins
BEGINNER
Designed for those who have never done Reformer Pilates or those returning to Pilates after a break.
A 45minute class designed to strengthen and tone whilst focussing on fundamental reformer exercises to build your confidence on the reformer.
Here we GLOW! 45 mins
OPEN LEVEL
Our signature Glow class. This class is for everybody!
A 45-minute flowing full body workout created by our expert Pilates trainers to strengthen and tone.
This class is designed for people who are new to reformer or those seasoned Pilates pros, classes are layered, and progressions are offered so everyone can get the most out of their session.
It's GLOW time! 45 mins
ADVANCED
Suited to those ready to level up, a minimum of 10 open level classes must be attended before booking this class. Not suitable for pregnancies or those seeking modifications.
A sweaty 45-minute Reformer work out with sneaky snippets of cardio to get the heart rate up.
Family friendly class 45 mins
Glow + the BABES
Perfect for Mums with a little one in toe and expecting mums to be. This class is kept simple, using minimal props and no fancy choreography, making it easy to focus on your little one. Feel free to hold them during your session. We follow all the pre-post natal guidelines in this welcoming inclusive class.
If you are returning to exercise from a recent birth, your post birth medical clearance is required before attending. Please email it through to our admin team hello@glowpilatesstudio.com.au
Let's go go GLOW! 45 mins
JUMP CLASS
This is our JUMP class, it's a fun dynamic and endurance testing class utilizing our JUMP BOARDS! It is high intensity, fast paced whilst incorporating all the things we love about Pilates!
A 45-minute flowing full body, heart pumping class paired with pumping tunes to keep you motivated. This class is not suited to our prenatal clients or those returning from an injury.
